Use your own domain

Your customers can book on your own web address instead of ours. There are two ways to do it. Pick one.

Option A: Put the booking form on your website (all plans)

The booking form appears inside a page on your existing website. Easiest, and nothing to change in your domain settings.

Option B: Your own booking address, like book.yourcompany.com (Pro and Business)

Your booking page gets its own address on your domain. You add one setting where you bought your domain, and we do the rest.

Option A: Add the booking form to your website

  1. Log in to your Belgravia Book dashboard.
  2. In the menu on the left, click Add to website.
  3. Under Option 2: the full booking form on your page, click Copy.
  4. Open your website editor and paste it into the page where you want booking to appear:
    • WordPress: edit the page, click the + button, choose Custom HTML, paste, then click Update.
    • Wix: click Add Elements (+), then Embed Code, then Embed HTML, paste into the box, then Publish.
    • Squarespace: edit the page, add a Code block, paste, then Save.
    • GoDaddy Website Builder: add a section, search for HTML, paste into the Custom Code box, then Publish.
  5. Open the page on your website and make a test booking.

Option B: Your own booking address

This takes about 5 minutes of your time. The change usually goes live within an hour, and occasionally takes up to 24 hours.

Step 1: Choose your address

Most businesses use book, so the address becomes book.yourcompany.com. Tell us the address you want. We'll set it up on our side and email you the value for Step 2.

Step 2: Add one record where you bought your domain

Log in to the company where you bought your domain (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger, Squarespace, Cloudflare and so on) and add this record:

Common questions

Will this affect my website or email?

No. The record only creates the new "book" address. Your main website and your email keep working exactly as before.

Something already uses "book" on my domain

Pick another name, such as booking or schedule, and tell us which one you chose.

I don't know where I bought my domain

Search your email for "domain renewal" or "domain registration". The sender is usually the company. Or just send us your domain name and we'll look it up for you.
