ERS prices are the "starting at" prices on eventrentalsystems.com/pricing, checked October 30, 2026. They can change, so check with ERS. Belgravia's plans differ by team logins and AI receptionist minutes; a year costs 10 months.

Switching from ERS, step by step
- We copy your ERS data for free. Customers, every order with its rentals, fees and payments, and your rentals with photos. You paste your ERS address, plus the API token and a developer key from ERS's Api Info page (a 2-minute step we walk you through), then compare the totals with ERS's Sales Overview.
- Side by side. ERS keeps taking every order while you try Belgravia. Belgravia copies ERS again every night, and your customers get nothing from Belgravia until you switch.
- Your switch plan. A checklist on your Home screen walks you through the website, payments, agreements and picking a switch day.
- Switch day. Point your domain and make the website live. Your old ERS page addresses forward to the new ones, so Google and old links keep working.
- Cancel ERS when you're happy, after checking your ERS agreement's notice terms.
The free switch includes a 60-day trial. If we move your data for free, there's a 12-month minimum: leaving early costs $299 minus $25 for every full month you've paid.
What Belgravia doesn't do yet
TaxCloud and direct QuickBooks sync
Sales tax by city or ZIP is built in, plus a suggested Texas rate from the Comptroller's own list (you sign off on it, or your accountant checks it). The books export to a QuickBooks file.
Questions
Will my customers notice the switch?
Not while you test. ERS keeps taking orders and Belgravia sends your customers nothing until switch day. After that, your website looks new, and your old ERS page addresses forward to the new pages.
Do I lose my order history?
No. Your ERS orders, customers and payments are copied in, and you can download all of your data from Belgravia at any time.
Who owns my data?
You do. Download everything any time, for free.
